Project description

A Bold Planning Vision | As the school's long-standing architects, GGI embraced the opportunity with conviction. Three major buildings were demolished, and the campus planning was fundamentally reimagined from within. The only viable solution was to build vertically and draw the built form to the site's boundaries — liberating previously lost ground to create expansive, linked play areas at the heart of the campus, and establishing meaningful connections to the sports building, playing oval, and performing arts facility.

The Result | The outcome is a true triumph of architectural resolve. Learning environments of the highest aesthetic and acoustic quality now reward the school's and Diocese's considerable leap of faith — vindicating the ambition and rigour invested in the planning process. Equally significant, the masterplan positions Saint Joseph's with the foresight and flexibility to accommodate future growth, ensuring the school's enduring relevance to its community for generations to come.
